Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between PLUCO GROUP SP. Z O.O. (operator of DeutschPilot) and its customers regarding the use of the learning platform and related services.
2. Scope of Services
Paid DeutschPilot learning access, previously configured at €15.00 per month, is not currently offered. It will remain unavailable while the FernUSG/ZFU classification is reviewed and will reopen only after a written regulatory classification and any required authorization have been obtained. Free exercises remain available.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Before payment, the customer expressly requests immediate digital access. Withdrawal and any proportionate payment are governed by mandatory law; these terms do not restrict statutory rights. A clear withdrawal notice may be emailed to info@deutschpilot.de.
4. Cancellation, payment and contact
Recurring billing is handled by Stripe. Failed or incomplete payments do not grant premium access. Ordinary cancellation is available through “Cancel subscription,” the account page or Stripe billing portal and takes effect at the end of the paid month. Statutory extraordinary cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Contact: info@deutschpilot.de.
Regulatory review notice
DeutschPilot combines structured learning content, progress tracking, checkpoint quizzes, AI feedback and optional live classes. The regulatory classification of this model under Germany's Distance Learning Protection Act is under review. DeutschPilot does not currently claim ZFU authorisation; new paid learning subscriptions remain paused pending a reliable determination. This notice is not a regulatory or legal determination.
5. Contract, availability and liability
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Access is personal and non-transferable. Maintenance, security measures and reasonable content changes remain possible. Statutory liability applies to intent, gross negligence and harm to life, body or health; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Governing law
Polish law applies. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence and statutory venues. Contract languages are German and English.
